enjoy an intimate dinner over valentine’s day weekend at etc.! reservations are open on friday, february 14th and saturday, february 15th for our special four-course prix fixe menu presented by chef deb paquette, sous chef cameron hack, and pastry chef megan williams. reservations will be accepted both days between 4-10pm; a credit card number is required to reserve your spot. there is a $50 cancellation fee per person in the event of a cancellation within less than 48hrs of the event.
